The Summit at 7700 is a 172-unit rental community in Southwest Houston, Texas. In partnership with affiliates of The Mattoni Group, the project plans to implement a value-add strategy that will increase rental rates and improve current operating inefficiencies. The renovation plan will include improvements to the interior of the units, as well as the exterior of the buildings and the amenities. The property consists of one and two bedrooms with an average unit size of 750 sf.

Our Web servers may automatically recognize a visitor’s domain name (such as .com, .edu, etc.), the Web page from which a visitor enters our site, which pages a visitor visits on our site, and on some sites, how much time a visitor spends on each page. Whether you choose to provide specific information requested by the Mattoni is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to receive or access certain services, offers, and information.
