Tuscany Village is a garden-style development strategically located on a 19.8-acre site in the affluent Seminole County of Sanford, FL. This project encompasses 420 units in a 4-story multifamily building serviced by elevators. The contemporary clubhouse spans over 9,000 square feet and includes a fitness center, coworking business center with communal workstations, and a resort-style pool with a jacuzzi.
