Midway Airport Site is comprised of two parcels of land located along the Southeast corner of South Cicero Avenue and West 53rd Street in Chicago, Illinois. The property is located to the immediate northeast of Midway International Airport. Both parcels together total approximately 3.01 acres, or 131,084 square feet. Mattoni Group is currently reviewing plans for repositioning/development of the land including development of a premium class hotel complex and a parking garage with a capacity of over 1,000 parking spaces.
